Terms of Service

You may use the public website to learn about ARAV and submit genuine project inquiries. Portal access is limited to people authorized by ARAV for a project or business purpose.

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your Google account, and promptly notify ARAV if you believe your portal access has been compromised.

You may not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, scrape the service without authorization, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Portal estimates, product information, schedules, images, messages, and automated suggestions are planning tools unless ARAV expressly incorporates them into a signed agreement. A signed proposal, change order, or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with portal information.

Product availability, third-party pricing, measurements, schedules, and automated analysis may change or require field verification.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ARAV permission to store, process, reproduce, and share that content as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, perform a project, operate the portal, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.

The website, portal design, software, branding, and ARAV-created content are owned by ARAV or its licensors. Except as allowed by law or a written agreement, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, projects, or the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ARAV disclaims implied warranties that cannot be excluded by a project agreement or applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, ARAV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or portal. These terms do not limit obligations or remedies stated in a signed project agreement or rights that cannot legally be limited.
