Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026

This policy explains how ARAV collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use app-ar-av.io, submit an inquiry, or access the ARAV project portal.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through the website or project portal, such as your name, email address, phone number, project details, messages, files, photos, scheduling preferences, and account information.

When you sign in with Google, Google and our authentication provider supply the basic account information needed to identify you, such as your verified email address, name, profile image, and a provider-specific account identifier. ARAV does not receive your Google password.

We and our service providers may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, and activity information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, plan and manage projects, provide the client and team portals, communicate about work, maintain account security, improve service reliability, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google account data for advertising.

Service providers

ARAV uses service providers to host and operate the website, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and deployment systems. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Current infrastructure includes Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and application data, and Netlify for website hosting. Infrastructure may change as the service is maintained, but ARAV remains responsible for how information is used.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information with authorized ARAV personnel, project participants you or ARAV designate, and service providers supporting the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain project and business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and project status.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated access, server-side authorization, encrypted connections, and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time and can ask us to review, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to contractual, safety, and legal retention requirements. You can also manage the connection to ARAV from your Google Account permissions.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact ARAV at Ar@Ar-av.io or 57 Marcellus Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.
